CARE & REPAIR

  • Can I wear my jewellery in water?
Yes, you can. Since all our jewellery is made from high quality materials eg. 925 sterling silver, 14k gold filled, 9ct solid gold and gemstones, they are safe to wear in water and will not be damaged, fade or loosed its lustre.

  • Will my jewellery tarnish?

925 sterling silver and 9ct Gold in its purest form does not tarnish, however silver & gold used for jewellery is mixed with other            metals, allowing some tarnish to develop overtime when exposed to certain elements such as household bleach, Chlorine

etc. However this is reversible by simple at-home methods for cleaning your silver and gold jewellery using common                            household  ingredients such as baking soda, aluminium foil and water. Alternatively, inexpensive jewellery polishing liquids

and cloths are easily available on our store under 'Extra's' or online.

ABOUT OUR JEWELLERY

  • What is 14ct gold filled?

Gold filled"comprises a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. It is very hard wearing              and under normal wear the gold will not peel or flake, unlike gold plate, and is commonly used as a more economical

       alternative to pure gold.

  • What material is your jewellery made from?

We pledge that all our jewellery is made from the best quality 925 sterling silver, 14K gold filled or 9ct gold as stated on                  their respective listings descriptions.
