Shipping & Dispatch

I dispatch most ready items within 1- 3 days. All personalised & handmade items will be dispatched with 3-5 working days

All packages are dispatch with,

1: Royal Mail first class signed for (1-3 days) 

2: Royal Mail second class signed for ( 2-5 days)

2:Royal mail special delivery by 1pm (24 hours)

FREE SHIPPING for orders over GBP 50- sent via Royal Mail second class signed for.

US & EUROPE ( NOW SHIPPING TO GERMANY)

All packages are dispatch with,

1: Royal Mail tracked & signed ( 7-15 days)

2: DHL Express  (3-5 days, subject to custom clearance)

Please note: We do not ship to Germany due to rigorous custom regulations. Sorry for the inconvenience.

* Delivery time only applies once order is shipped.

* Lorraine & Rae Jewellery are not responsible for any duty taxes  & delay once dispatched. 

* Please be aware, that during the holiday season some areas of the country may experience some delays. We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers.

* If you need your order to arrive before a certain day, please contact us prior to ordering, as not always we're able to promise an earlier dispatch but will try our best.

*Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. If you notice, that wrong address was entered, please notify us as as soon as possible by sending us an email to info@lorraineandrae.com or lorraineandraeinfo@gmail.com. No changes can be made after the order has been dispatched.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

It's okay to change your mind!

​

You are welcome to amend your order within 24 hours should your order have not been started. Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition/packaging in which it was received and with the security tags still on. We have a 100 day warranty for any repairs. Ring sizes can be altered at an additional cost (See 'extras' for further details.)

Earrings, personalised/custom, commissioned pieces, sale/sample sale, limited edition pieces are non-returnable/non-refundable. 

Postage is not refundable.

Any returns/refunds for orders which have received a free gift during a promotion period will be expected to return the free gift, should this not occur the gift value will be deducted from your refund.

Multiple exchanges may incur an administrative charge.
